Subscription & Cancellation Policy

 

When you choose "Subscribe and save," you agree to receive your selected coffee on a recurring monthly schedule at 10% off the regular price. Your payment method will be charged automatically on each renewal date at the subscription price shown at checkout, plus any applicable shipping and taxes, until you cancel.

 

Managing your subscription: You can skip a delivery, pause, change your shipping address or payment method, or cancel at any time by logging in to your account and opening the Subscriptions page.

 

Cancellation: You may cancel anytime with no fees or minimum commitment. To avoid being charged for the next order, cancel before your next billing date. Cancellations take effect for all future orders; orders that have already been billed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

 

Price changes: If the price of your subscription changes, we will notify you by email before your next billing date.

 

Failed payments: If a renewal payment fails, we will retry the charge and notify you by email. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
